SYNOPSIS

Despite being outlawed over a quarter of a century ago, workplace sexual harassment remains a hidden epidemic in Australia, and one which disproportionately affects women. Research shows that nearly three quarters of women encounter sexual harassment in the rural workplace. Grace Under Fire tells the story of 20-year-old Grace, who was forced to confront workplace sexual harassment in the small country town she grew up in.

Exposing the banal horror of sexual harassment in regional Australia, the documentary features interviews with former Chief of Army David Morrison, and academic and author Dr. Skye Saunders, whose book 'Whispers from the Bush' served as inspiration for the film.
